Opleiding Data-analyst English
What does a data analyst do?
Companies have lots of data. Think financial data, product data, customer data and so on. Companies also use external data sources as needed. From all these sources, a company can extract information and use it for strategic business purposes. As a result, the importance of data continues to grow, as does the need for professionals who can capture and interpret it.
A data analyst collects, processes, organises and analyses large amounts of data to gain insights that can be used to improve business decisions. In doing so, a data analyst plays an undeniable role in improving business processes, performance and profitability. It is one of the fastest growing professions in IT due to the increasing amount of data and variety of applications.
What will you learn on the data analyst course?
The Data Analyst programme prepares you to collect, analyse, interpret and transform (big) data into strategically useful information. As a data analyst, you will be the bridge between the IT department (the technical level) and the business department (the strategic level). Therefore, the Data Analyst programme will also work on your soft skills.
